Dock Levelers Service
We’ll vacuum the pits, degrease, grease, & lubricate all moving parts. Inspect all welds, pins, clips, hinges, shim plates, bumpers, all mechanism, and assemblies. On hydraulic levelers we’ll perform the same task, but the only difference would be that we’ll inspect the hydraulic lines and oil level. And on airbag levelers we’ll check entire airbag assembly. We will repair minor problems that were spotted on the inspection.
Rolling Steel Door Checklist
- Degrease and lubricate bearings as needed
- Inspect the condition of brackets and operating assy.
- Check the mounting bracket, foot piece, guide, and bolts
- Check curtain for proper alignment and level
- Check hand chain, if any
- Check for damaged slates and end locks
- If motor operates, check sprockets and chain
- Minor adjustments as needed
- Minor repairs
Sectional Door Checklist
- Degrease and lubricate hinges, rollers, and springs as needed
- Inspect for worn brackets, rollers, and hinges
- Manually operate doors for proper balance and operation
- Inspect cable for fraying, cable drums, fitting, and hardware
- If motor operates, check sprockets and chain
- Minor and tension adjustments as needed
- Minor repairs
